There is no possibility of product contamination from lubricants.VACUUM-TIGHT DUSTLESS DISCHARGE VALVE To maintain highest product purity and dust-free operation, the Conaform Dryer is fitted with a specially designed vacuum-tight discharge valve. The valve is a smooth plate seated with a worm drive. There is little effort required to firmly seat the valve. It opens fully, for unobstructed flow, similar to a gate valve, but has no grooves or channels to trap material. The rim around the valve provides a seat for attaching a sleeve, so there is no loss of product and no contamination during discharge.NO BREAKAGE OR ABRASION OF CRYSTALS The Conaform Dryer is gentle in action. The entire absence of moving parts within the Conaform ensures against disintegration of crystals or abrasion of sharp edges or corners. This is of special advantage where a dust-free final product is desired.NO CAKING - NO CONTAMINATION As the Conaform rotates, and the vacuum draws off moisture, the particles constantly change their position. There is no caking, or contamination in the Conaform, as in dryers of other types. 真空干燥機(jī)是通過(guò)去除包裝容器內(nèi)部的空氣達(dá)到預(yù)定的真空度后,去除容器內(nèi)部部件的水分的干燥設(shè)備。使用真空干燥機(jī)的步驟是什么?1.需要干燥處理的物品放入真空干燥箱內(nèi),關(guān)閉箱門,關(guān)閉排氣閥,打開真空閥,打開真空泵電源開始排氣,使箱內(nèi)真空度達(dá)到-0.1MPa時(shí),關(guān)閉真空閥,關(guān)閉真空泵電源。2.真空干燥箱電源開該機(jī)器的內(nèi)部部件與鑄鐵重夾套容器相對(duì)應(yīng),夾套中蒸汽壓力支架的高壓,有封閉的空間,分為多個(gè)板部,使用中必須按照正確的步驟進(jìn)行,才能更好地保障整個(gè)生產(chǎn)。真空干燥機(jī)使用步驟:1.把處理好的產(chǎn)品放在干燥機(jī)內(nèi),關(guān)閉機(jī)械閥,關(guān)閉排氣閥,打開真空閥,打開真空泵的電源,然后開始排氣。箱內(nèi)真空度達(dá)到-0.1MPa時(shí),真空干燥機(jī)的安裝實(shí)施階段主要是有效地控制每個(gè)影響安裝效果的質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)。1、基準(zhǔn)線控制。真空干燥機(jī)基線定位的質(zhì)量直接影響整個(gè)真空干燥機(jī)的安裝和施工速度。工作能力強(qiáng)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)的人員擔(dān)任專職基線操作人員,嚴(yán)格按照?qǐng)D紙施工。從外形尺寸開始,檢查孔的位置、大型設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)等,標(biāo)明真空干燥機(jī)的設(shè)置基準(zhǔn)線,將誤差控1、真空干燥機(jī)外殼必須有效接地,以確保安全使用。2、真空干燥機(jī)應(yīng)用于相對(duì)濕度h、周圍無(wú)腐蝕真空干燥機(jī)性氣體、無(wú)強(qiáng)振動(dòng)源和強(qiáng)電磁場(chǎng)的環(huán)境。3、真空干燥機(jī)工作室無(wú)防爆、防腐等處理,不得放置易爆、易爆、易產(chǎn)生腐蝕性氣體的物品進(jìn)行真空干燥機(jī)。4、真空干燥機(jī)不能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作,真空度達(dá)到雙錐旋轉(zhuǎn)真空干燥機(jī)物品的要真空干燥機(jī)的熱源方式如下:1、蒸汽;2、熱水;3、電能;4、煤;5、燃油;6、可燃?xì)怏w;7、空氣換熱器。一、燃?xì)鉄犸L(fēng)爐以煤為燃料的熱空氣灶,多采用間接換熱的方式加熱空氣。在間接換熱過(guò)程中,一般有兩種情況,一種是爐膛裝有風(fēng)管,冷風(fēng)通過(guò)管層,煙氣通過(guò)殼層。煤燃燒產(chǎn)生的熱量對(duì)管的外壁進(jìn)行輻射,熱量通過(guò)管壁
